When sending emails to reporters, customers or even potential employees, it is important to be clear and to the point. As you well know, others have busy schedules and are already being bombarded by other emails each day. Make your subject line enticing and your email body easy to scan quickly for a better chance that your intended party will open and read your email and then respond.
