Interaction with your customers is key. Whether you are using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ or another platform, do not ignore customer posts, even if they are negative. Answer them, do not simply delete their post. You should always be transparent. Customers will appreciate you more for trying to resolve a problem than trying to ignore it.
