 Memphis has been listed by Forbes among 15 US cities with 'emerging downtowns'. Noting large developments on the horizon like the Chisca Hotel, Forbes praised Downtown Memphis' improvements in recent years. The magazine also highlighted Downtown's high occupancy rates and improving pedestrian and bicycle access. (via Memphis Business Journal)

Whether you are using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ or another platform, do not ignore customer posts, even if they are negative. Answer them, do not simply delete their post. You should always be transparent. Customers will appreciate you more for trying to resolve a problem than trying to ignore it.
